Pilates training has really been useful with my Personal Training clients. All, at some time, have suffered from back and neck problems, primarily due to stress in the workplace. Two who had physiotherapy were given Pilates exercises to do at home to aid their recovery. Being qualified in Pilates, I was able to continue with their sessions, either switching to Pilates or modifying the PT exercises. Both recovered and are still training with me after two and half years! Proof that the Personal Training and Pilates disciplines can work side by side!
